Un
año más Manuela y Carmen han estado en nuestro centro educativo trabajando en
el Calendario CoEducativo de la La Vera. En este proyecto se unen, a través de
las AMPAS, unos cuando centro Educativos, tanto de Primaria como de Secundaria
para trabajar sobre la Coeducación. En esta edición, son los propios chicos y
chicas los que van a confeccionar e ilustrar ese calendario, que los acompañará
el próximo curso. Hacer significativo sus propias ideas plasmadas en ilustraciones.
Os dejamos unas fotos de las sesiones que han tenido con los cursos de 3º a 6º de Primaria.
Once again Manuela and Carmen have been in our school working on the CoEducational Calendar of La Vera. This project brings together, through the AMPAS, some schools, both Primary and Secondary, to work on CoEducation. In this edition, it is the boys and girls themselves who are going to make and illustrate the calendar, which will accompany them next year. To make significant their own ideas expressed in illustrations.

El alumnado
de tercer ciclo de Ed. Primaria de nuestro centro educativo, tuvo la gran
suerte de contar con la visita de dos deportistas de élite como Laura Campos, nacida en Mérida y Gimnasta
olímpica en Atenas 2005 y Pekín 2008 . Le acompañó Houssame Benabboum, de
origen marroquí pero que desde niño vive en Extremadura. Entre otros títulos ha
conseguido ser Subcampeón de España absoluto de Medio Maratón en Oruña de
Piélagos (2021) y anteriormente Campeón de España absoluto de Medio Maratón en
Sant Cugat (2019).
The students of the third cycle of Primary Education of our school had the good fortune to be visited by two elite athletes such as Laura Campos, born in Merida and Olympic gymnast in Athens 2005 and Beijing 2008. She was accompanied by Houssame Benabboum, of Moroccan origin but who has lived in Extremadura since he was a child. Llenaron
nuestra Aula del Futuro de deporte, vivencias, aparatos deportivos. Incluso nos
hicieron demostraciones en algunos deportes: esgrima, halterofilia. Boxeo y
gimnasia rítmica. En este punto, aparecieron nuestra tres gimnastas, Ainhoa y
Lara de 4º y Aitana de 3º para, además de conocerlos, mostrarles a sus
compañeros más mayores lo que aprenden en sus entrenamientos.
Una jornada
de valores deportivos y convivencia que a nuestros chicos y chicas los animó a
seguir practicando deporte.
They filled our classroom of the future with sport, experiences and sports equipment. They even gave us demonstrations in some sports: fencing, weightlifting, boxing and rhythmic gymnastics. Terminamos el tercer trimestre con nuestra salida a la Era del Tío Marulo. Este año la volvimos hacer todos juntos. Teníamos ganas de volver a hacer esta convivencia y la mejor manera de explicarlo son las imágenes. El tercer trimestre empieza y con muchas novedades. Corto e intenso.

We put on our carnival costumes again, but this time it was to show the educational community what we have been working on at school for so long. The Peropaleros, the Jaramplas, the Jurramachos, the Italianas and the Danzantes returned. They all finished the project singing and dancing. The courtyard was once again filled with the flag of Extremadura and filled with the music of our land.

Esta semana hemos tenido la suerte de contar con la visita de la Agencia Tributaria. El pasado jueves, 31 de marzo 2022, nos visitó una inspectora de hacienda, Leticia, que nos descubrió el costo real de muchos de los servicios públicos con los que contamos: qué cuesta las instalaciones deportivas, estudiar en la escuela pública, una consulta de urgencias, un transplante de riñón, estudiar en la universidad...
L@s Chic@s de tercer ciclo descubrieron a través de vídeos explicativos, presentación de power point y la propia experiencia laboral de Leticia, números que nunca nos hemos planteado, ni siquiera los adultos.
This week we were lucky enough to have a visit from the Tax Agency. Last Thursday, 31st March 2022, we were visited by a tax inspector, Leticia, who showed us the real cost of many of the public services we have: the cost of sports facilities, studying at a public school, an emergency room visit, a kidney transplant, studying at university...
Through explanatory videos, a power point presentation and Leticia's own work experience, the children in the third cycle discovered numbers that we have never considered, not even as adults.
